What do we need?
Nothing in particular.
If you can and in order you can benefit from it, remain quiet, close your eyes and put yourselves at ease, for 20 minutes approximately (time is relative, each one of you will feel the moment to open the eyes).
You can listen to peaceful music if you wish it.
If you have the opportunity and if you feel like it, make groups with those you know have registered and join them.
For those who wish to participate in the activation but who do not have time to relax as above explained, you must know that the work will be as effective for you. Where ever you are connect with us and with the group with your intention set on the date you were registered.
